Can anyone identify this companionway hatch lock?

I am trying to identify the make of a companionway catch located on the sliding hatch. The photos show it externally and internally. I am wondering if they were lockable at some stage although might be missing parts. If possible, I'd like to restore them to their lockable condition. My yacht was built in Vancouver so they may be of Canadian/US design.

Cheers
