Cabin Heater

I am probably posting this question in the wrong place, please excuse me if I should have posted it elsewhere.
I picked up this second hand cabin heater thinking that it may be good trading material.

The problem is that I do not what it is or how it works.
Can anyone identify this heater and give me a basic run down on how it works. Heaters in boats are something new to me. For that matter, any oil fired heater is new to me. I have used wood to heat with most of my life.
What I had hoped to find sometime is a small wall mounted diesel or kerosene cabin heater that would be suitable for our Cal 29.

I would be careful with something like that concerning carbon monoxide poisoning. Have a professional take a look and give you his opinion.

it looks like a "refleks" <www.refleks-olieovne.de> or a copy, supposed to be good heaters so long as the plumbing and venting is ok.
