Hi guys. I know it's mostly cosmetic, besides the underlying problem of WHY it became this way. But I want to fix what I call the "headliner". It's a fiberglass
ceiling that is textured. I know I got some terminology wrong, so feel free to correct me so I can ask correctly 😀
It's a Catalina
27 if anyone is wondering
1. I'd like to repaint the interior fiberglass
, the smooth fiberglass I will have no problem but I'm at a loss with the textured part. There is a texture to it, would it be best to buy some headliner
material to lay over it? Or better to paint
over? Any advice?
2. I'm thinking the part with the hole in it, to cut the fiberglass to a none soft spot, then reglass, then paint
. Good plan?
