Building a wilderness 1480

Hi Cruisers I am a fitter and turner by trade and work speradicaly around the place . I am thinking of building a boat as a project and for sale at a profit after a short period of "sea trials" . I am not a boatie and while quite confidant I can build a boat, in particular a wilderness 1480 by Schionning. I am looking for any info an budget's and time lines for building these boats particularly as an occupation.
