Bottom Paint Removal?

Hello, I have an 1994 Avon RIB that the PO applied many coats of bottom paint both on the fiberglass hull and the air tubes. Anyone have any suggestions as to how to safely remove the paint from the tubes. Obviously a grinder is not going to work and I'm not sure what the chemical strippers might do to the fabric.
Any ideas would be appreciated.

If you can find it you might try having it CO2 (dry ice) blasted. It may or may not be too aggressive for the tubes. Someone in the business may be able to tell you one way or the other.
