Petit Trinidad Pro is a hard antifouling paint, no? One that is usually only applied by boat yard workers (called "professionals" for some strange reason).
As long as the paint is in sound condition (not flaking, no bubbles), you should be able to sand it to get a clean surface and then apply almost any type of antifouling on top of the Trinidad Pro.
