Unless you go up to Marathon, you only have two choices for a boat of that size: 3D and Robbie's, both on Stock Island. I've had great experiences at both places. Last I heard, 3D is quite full.

Im not sure if I remember correctly, but I think it's Marathon Marina and Resort.

There is also Marathon Boatyard, but I don't know if they do self service.
