I am looking considering a Catalina
25 here in Fl. The boat
is on the hard
, and has been so for about 6 monts. The bottom was done about a year prior to taking it out of the water
. I was under the impression that a bottom job out of water
, oxidizes faster when out of the water. 1) Is this true? and 2) can I get away with putting the boat
back in the water till next winter, or does the bottom HAVE to be done now? I have the $ to do the bottom now, but that would exhaust
all my resources right now. I would like to give myself some time to refill my cauffers before having another out go.
