Boat building space in north county San Diego

Hello CF forum,

I know this is a very narrow topic and is not applicable to all but a narrow group of people reading the forums but I am reaching out in hopes of connecting with anyone that lives in North County San Diego that may have some open land they are willing to rent out. I am currently building a Schionning G-Force 1500C and it looks like I might be losing my workspace at a relatives house due to on going family issues and before I go knocking on complete strangers doors I thought I'd reach out here to see if anyone has enough yard space that would be willing to rent it out for the duration of my build. I have found one person through Nextdoor but he wanted what amounted to a second mortgage in rent. I am willing to pay a fair price and/or strike a deal so please don't think that I am trying to lowball the property owner but before I go down the route of selling my house and buying another house with the room to finish building the boat (which would have been cheaper than what the aforementioned gentlemen wanted in rent) I'm throwing the hail Mary out here. Thank you for reading and have a good weekend.

cheers

Jason

Just a suggestion...Maybe a few pictures of how far along you are and how long you think you might need the space.
