research and hire the contractor of choice. Usually , as long as they can produce
insurance , they can work in most yards. Make sure some of the yards that are supposedly cheaper, don't tack on electricity, enclosure expense,environmental
fees and a percentage of the gross amount for the job. At least know of these
fees first and who's responsible for them.
Ask those questions first and make sure you have a
contract with the contractor spelling things out!
Once your
on the hard somewhere, your at their mercy!
