Boulter Plywood in Somerville
Massachusetts. They have every kind of plywood you can imagine.
If you want to go traditional - they stock a high quality
teak and holly plywood
Where ever you go be sure to get a plywood with at east a 1mm veneer face so you don't sand through it if you ever need to refinish.
Also Boulter sells smaller than 4x8
sheets which will reduce your
shipping cost. I believe they'll also cut.
For the stringers use any good hardwood (maybe white oak) and treat it with CPES
epoxy. Ask Boulter what they'd recommend. They are really nice guys and know everything about
wood going into
boats.
