Best Northeastern US Shipyards for Steel Sailboat

Hello!
My husband and I have a 65’ LOA steel ketch sailboat that weighs 29 net tons. The deck paint is very old and needs to get completely stripped, the metal beneath sandblasted, welded in some areas, and repainted. We’ve had several fiberglass sailboats on the east coast before, but never a steel boat, so we’re unfamiliar with the best areas of the Northeast to go for the best shipyards that deal with these types of boats. Does anyone have any recommendations for places to look or yards they know of that often do work with steel vessels? Thanks in advance!
