Anyone know what these are called????

My phifertex sun covers on my cabin windows have these nifty little plastic fasteners on them. Unfortunately a few are broken and I can't figure out what they're called so that I can order some new ones.

Anyone know what these are called or where I can get them?

Re: Anyone know what these are called????

don't know myself, but a look at the Sailrite or Bainbridge catalogs might be some help.

I see a name on them but can’t quite read it. Did you try googling that name?

Re: Anyone know what these are called????

They are "press studs" or "snaps". I'm not familiar with that style, and I couldn't make out a brand name on the ones you have.

Who can help you is whoever made the shade cloth "window" covers. In other words, the canvas shop near you or the marina where you keep the boat could probably put you on to a catalog or a web site, although I'd think Jim's suggestion would also work.

YKK SNADS may be an alternative.

Can't see your link so cannot see the picture, but from the link that Chotu posted, they look veyr similar to what we call Tenax fasteners here in Blighty..

Don't buy the self adhesive ones though. In warm climates the adhesive fails and the plastic stud becomes brittle. I've contacted ykk but had no response.

Re: Anyone know what these are called????

I looked around and when it came to stainless fasteners for sunshades I ordered from Sailrite despite being in Europe. Very fair pricing compared what you find in catalogs like SVB.
