Any idea what these window latches are?

Our Endeavour 48 came with a bunch of sliding windows using these fairly brittle/crappy window latches, a few of which are completely broken and need replacing. Any idea what this window latch system even is? It's basically a bendy plastic handle that, at rest, can slip just behind a little lip on the opposite window, locking it shut, requiring you to bend it back around from the inside to open the window past the lip.

So really there's two questions:
1. What are these, so I can potentially buy more to replace the broken ones?
2. Is there a better system I can replace them with that uses the same tiny-lip system?

Until then we'll just keep using dowels, but it's not ideal.

It's a little difficult for me to envision, because I have not seen them myself, but look through these and see if you find a replacement or improvement. Yours look like the cheapest possible alternative, and I surely hope that they are not intended to keep water on the outside of your boat. As in, the salty stuff.

One of those are kinda vaguely close. It's kinda like this one, but the latch part works differently: https://www.reflectwindow.com/collec...gth-lock-brown

Attached two more pictures of a broken handle. Imagine a U bend at the left side of the picture where it actually screws to the window frame. Then that tiny little 2mm lip catches on a matching lip on the opposing sliding window.
