any custom window recommendations?

The side windows on this old catamaran are getting near the end of their useful life.

My problem is that they were custom made for this model of boat back in the '80's, and are not off the shelf anywhere, near as I can tell.

Are there any window/port light makers who do custom work? these are extruded aluminum, and while I'd have to keep the unique shapes I would like to change the design some.

What do people do when having to replace obsolete but non standard sizes and more specifically, shapes?

Have you considered ditching the aluminum extrusions and simply sticking the new windows to the cabin side? You could do this yourself in polycarbonate, acrylic or glass using VHB tape, urethane or architectural silicone as the adhesive.
