Antifouling at or around Tahiti

Hi all,
My yacht is on a mooring next to Marina Taina (Tahiti).
Not so knowledgeable about the area and what to organize before next year Mai to take out the yacht (34 foot monohul) and doing antifouling.
Where to take out the yacht?
Do i need to reserve a Slot and is it easy to get a stand for 2 days?
Can I buy the antifouling in the stores over there and maybe rent a grinding machine at a hardwarestore/marina.

I am really greatfull for all the help and knowledgeable skippers on this forum.
Thanks

Have you had a look at Noonsite?

https://www.noonsite.com/

'Getting work done: The best facilities are to be found in Papeete (Tahiti) where everything is possible, but expensive; the only other centre with extensive repair facilities is on Raiatea, where two charter companies have their base. Facilities are on a par with Tahiti, or even better, and have the great convenience of being grouped together. There is a resourceful yacht repair business on Nuku Hiva. Yet even in the more remote places it is often possible to find someone who can do welding or repair an outboard engine. Be warned though, prices are high in French Polynesia. A new boatyard opened on Aptaki in the Tuamotus in 2015 and in Hiva Oa in the Marquesas in 2016 - both are reported to be reasonable."

Try PM to "chouli" here on CF. He has been based in Tahiti for several years now and knows the yachting scene there quite well. He has posted lots of on scene advice here in the past, and can probably help your decisions.

Yep, he's the one. Sorry about the misspelling... that's one of the hazards of screen names that are not normal words.

Good luck with the painting.
