Anti-Rust Draw Liners - On Sale
Zerust Anti - Corrosion Toolbox Drawer Liner, Tools, Zerust at Sportsman's Guide

I have no affiliation with these folks, but just note that they've gotten some of these rust-inhibiting draw liners up for sale. Put 'em in a tool drawer, they should discourage rust on the tools. Sportsmansguide has a great customer service reputation.
