Adding a separate shower

I have a '73 Newport 41 that has a combination head/shower. I wish to convert this into separate head and shower like Capital Yachts did with the later Newport Newport MKII. I'm putting together a plan for the conversion and would like to learn from those who have done this on their Newport 41 or a similar size boat.

Thanks for your help.
