Looking for information dealers points of contact for YSB 12. Specifically information about decompression lever or switch having a little bit of an issue with Run on

Right now I am in Kansas in El Dorado Kansas I’ve talked to a few people around here about it but it’s all so old they don’t know anything and then when I mention that it’s on a boat and not a tractor they’re totally confused
