Yanmar: Best Price for Parts

Hi,

First of all I have tried to look in the forum but could not find this...

As we will travel with sailboat over many parts of the world, do you have a good, reliable and cheap company to bay Yanmar parts from....

I am now in Norway and Yanmar parts is extremely expensive here.

I tried Torres in USA but they only sell to USA so no luck there....

Where in the world would not matter as one have to pay for sending to wherever on are.....

Do you have a suggestion??

Yanmar has protected territories.

There isn't really any place you can get "cheap" parts from.

Have until now bought from Belgium but have also bought to much better price from USA so that is the reason for my question.

I have always found these guys had better prices than other (mainstream?) yanmar dealers. I don't know if they are authorized agents or not but they have been in business for many years and have offered good service in the past; however I haven't used their services for many years. They used to ship worldwide.

Deaton's Yachts in Oriental, NC. I have found to have good prices and good selection

In Miami, you might want to contact Austral (ask for Luly) or Anchor Marine (ask for Mike). Both are Yanmar dealers, reputable and may export. Based on my experience over the last ten years, they are highly recommended.
