Yanmar 4JH2E Rebuilds

As a new member, I cannot send private messages (CF doesn't trust me! How does that make me feel?) so I'm posting to see if there is an after-story to Beersmith's excellent contribution (Aug 2013) on rebuilding the 4JH2E, or if others have helpful guidance or advice. Anything Beersmith didn't do but wishes he had? Any problems reinstalling the motor? (Should I take a poll on which color we should use to repaint?)

None of the photos show any hose between the heat exchanger and mixing elbow -- we have a wacky, one-off system here, wondering if Windsong does too (and if so, why).

We are rebuildiing our motor in Malaysia; initially installed 1997, now with 8750 hours, she still runs like a charm but we want to get ahead of the curve while we've moved off the boat to perform other messy and chemically noxious projects.

I hope this message catches your attention, Beersmith!
