Yanmar 4BY3 Engine Alarm

I have an alarm going off on one engine and it only tells me Check Engine
everything looks fine, temp, oil pressure, fluids are all good

I have only come across one thing about possible exhaust backpressure

Any ideas what I should look at?

Can you find the tranducer that is sending the signal? your alarm is getting voltage from somewhere, so trace the wire. It's possible that you have a bad sender.

Your best chance is to start swapping sensors but alarm events are not necessarily due to a faulty sensor ie boost pressure to fuel quantity and other mismatches of operating parameters.
Best of luck.
