Yanmar 2qm20 Overheating

I have a problem with my (2qm20)motor overheating i replaced the fresh water and raw water (antifreeze) impellers.now its overheating?and it wasn't before i change the impellers,(when i say overheating i mean like 220 then i shut it down)
The raw water was missing two veins,
sea water was fine but replaced it anyways.
Do i have air lock? or could the two missing veins be stuck in a water jacket and causing it to overheat?
Im thinking its airlock but how do you bleed the air out?
pretty bad doing some preventive maintenance and it causes more problems the it was a suppose to prevent
has anybody else had this issue and how did you fix it
thanks
Rob

I think you will have to go searching for the two impeller vanes.

Pull the front cover off the heat exchanger and you will find the two vanes blocking the front of the three pass heat exchanger.

there's 3 passages on the antifreeze side of the heat exchange?

Re: Yanmar 2qm20 Overheating

Flush the motor did not find the broken off vanes and look in the heat exchange.Still had the overheating problem so i just kept pulling hose's and kept a steady flow of antifreeze going and finally got the air out of the system seems to be fine now.
Thanks for you inputs
