Yamaha 2.5 outboard

The manual states to fog the carb on this 2.5 hp to winterize. However, it does not state how to access the carb which is not in the usual place up front when you take off the lid and is nowhere stated in the manual. Is there a covering plate that comes off somewhere? I do not want to start taking off gas tank etc and find out later there is a more direct access. Thanks...

Here's the service manual, slow to load but it will give you a good idea where the carby and air filter is. Try page 1-15 for example
