Westerbeke W30 - free parts and/or whole engine
My 1978 W30 finally died. Metal on metal grinding upon running and engine oil analysis showed glycol, hi aluminum and chrome. Engine has been pulled and is resting on a pallet next to my boat in Guilford, CT. Anyone want a 3 yr old raw water pump/impellers? acouple of never used spare injectors? Heat exchanger looks okay. Acouple of sacrificial zincs? Acouple engine oil filters-brand new? Or the whole bloody engine? You have about 1 week to retrieve then the whole mess goes to the metal scrapper. Researching whether Beta or Nanni 25hp or 30hp...thnks
