Would suggest a quick call to any Borg Warner dealer who will have the answer as to model required or if an adapter plate is required, if required they are easily made up from
steel plate by your local machine shop, you would need to also check on your drive/flex plate fits the splines on your new
transmission, again there many companies (such as R&D Marine) that supply these off the shelve(just give them the
engine details and transmission details)
,also just be sure your new transmission has the SAME ratio and rotation as your old one, some transmissions can be set up for either rotation BUT some can not!
