Can't tell without at least removing the elbow. But that said, exhaust elbows do generally have limited lifetimes, although there are some that do last longer than others. I don't have any recommendations for source, but there are many exhaust elbow threads here that do.
In addition, if the leak did a job on the engine
compartment, it'll be a good idea to thoroughly clean and rinse everything to get rid of the salt
(assuming you are in salt
water) to minimize corrosion
and future problems.
