Walker airsep source of water in oil?

We have identified the Walker airsep as a possible route of water into our oil. We suspect exhaust or coolant is getting into oil blow-by fumes which then condense inside the fresh air filter and goes into oil sump.

If this is true the problem is not the Walker airsep itself. The problem is exhaust fumes in the blow by.

Which means???

Blown head gasket??
