One of the happiest days I ever had was tossing my MD2B into the dumpster, in favor of a Yanmar 3GM30F. Half the weight, dramatically less vibration (and subsequent broken motor mounts), and such a sense of security. However, several months later, I was getting all sorts of requests for spare parts from other Volvo owners. Go figure
