Volvo Engine Mounts Replacement

I got a Volvo 2003T( Saildrive) in my boat and need to replace the engine mounts. I bought some Polyflex aftermarket mounts. The original mounts sit on a sort of 45 degree angle where the new ones have a adapter plate so the mounts sit straight up and down.
I lost the fitting instructions .
On my motor now there is a cradle( frame) that goes from one motor mount to the other which is the original setup. It looks like that cradle has to go when I fit the new ones. I could call Polyflex but it is Easter and I thought maybe somebody here has the answer.
