used SD50 or new SD60?

Greetings,

About to replace Saildrives on 46 Fountain Pajot Bahia. Engine is a Yanmar 3JH3E, we had SD40's and now have the option of going with used SD50's unknown history in "good" condition, no warranty. The total cost for the used SD50's would be less than 7K
Or, we can spend a little more than 11K on new SD60's with adapter kit.

What would you do and why??

beter sd60 and in case you need to increase the hp with other engine you have a bigger range to choose plus is without cone clutch. it is a disk clutch transmission (as your car)

it is also new and the sd50 you don't know what is going on inside and no warranty
