You must have the old style mechanical shift then.
Just remembered that I have a old style shifter, for full mechanical gearboxes, that came off my Atomic 4 when I swapped to diesel
. It's not the prettiest thing, but there is no slop in the mechanism and all the necessary parts
are there. You'd need to source out the mounting bolts (or if you tell me the mounting panel thickness I can) and a throttle lever, (though the throttle is also knurled to set by hand, or one can be made from a 3/8" x 6" stainless bolt). This is a Morse control, solid bronze
with (worn) chrome plating.
