Tach / hour meter for 4-108

I discovered yesterday that though the tach is working, the hour meter is not. Where can I find a replacement. This is a very old unit 1978. I disassembled it and the assembly's mechanical section toggles the 1/00 /1/10 hr manually so it appears an electronic problem. I would doubt that it would have to be in gear
