Salt Verses Fresh Water regarding Motors

Is there such a thing as a "salt water" Honda outboard motor as opposed to a "fresh water" Honda outboard? Or, are they all good for both kinds of water ?http://www.cruisersforum.com/images/...s/banghead.gif
