Saildrive and engine mount

I am changing my MD 17 engine for a 2040, and right now i am preparing as much as possible, before the boat comes out of the water, to make it go as fast as possible.

I wonder about the mounting of the saildrive and the engine, how is it bolted to the hull? Are there metalplates in the "bulks" in the hull, and then maschine bolts (M 20 ex.) or are the bolts "french bolts" directly into the glasfiber? And will the new 120s saildrive fit directly into the hole and boltholes from the old 110s saildrive?

Thanks in advance, and sorry for my bad english...
