Reya bow thruster propellers

Hoping someone may be able to help me with sourcing new propellers for my tunnel bow thruster.

The thruster is a Reya RY100 E12, which appears to be no longer made and the company no longer exists. I’m hoping another manufacturer prop may be able to be fitted. Does not need to be exact match.

Photos attached.
Prop diameter 185mm
Hub outside diameter 57mm
Hub length 68mm
Shaft 14mm

The hub beds into half the side of a pin that goes through the shaft. Acts as a fuse and takes the rotation loads.
Hub is retained on the shaft by a grub screw into a recess around the shaft.

Re: Reya bow thruster propellers

It is very unlikely that Reya designed it's own props. Try starting here:

https://www.google.com/search?q=bow+...F_enUS760US761

That's a "shear pin." Outboard motor propellers used to have them.

Thanks for that information, it’s appreciated. Obviously I already searched Google for bow thruster propeller but couldn’t find any image showing the shear pin and grub screw shaft attachment.

Re: Reya bow thruster propellers

A friend of mine who is a Marine electrician tells me he thinks that the Reya thrusters are now being sold as Max-power. Looking at their brochure it does appear that the props are the same, although more blades.
Australian distributors Southern Seas are closed for Christmas break, will contact to confirm.
