Repower Albin AD-2 w/ reduction gear to...Yanmar?
Im considering repowering my Allied Seawind 30 from an Albin AD-2 to a Yanmar 3YM20. Only issue I see is the reduction gear on the AD-2 drops the prop shaft about 3" lower than the drive shaft.

Has anyone tried a repower from an Albin AD-2 with a reduction gear? Does someone make a gearbox to deal with this height difference?

Any info at all would be awesome, thanks!
