Replacement for a 120 HP Yanmar Diesel

I am looking at a Power boat that has a seized engine. If anyone knows of any brand name replacement engine of similar HP that I could be looking for, I would appreciate a reply. I have been looking on-line at numerous ads but rarely does any of them state the HP with the model number. Is there a guide somewhere that I could match up the model # with the HP output with RPM?
I have asked around to see if the existing could be rebuilt but understandably no one can tell me if it can be done cheaper than buying a new or used engine. All replies appreciated as I don't want to make an offer without some informed advice. Thanks

Model number, prop specs, trans specs. Without some info we can't provide a suitable response.

By seized are we talking crank seized, hole in side of block, or wont start?
