Remove Large Engine While At Dock

On Friday, I successfully removed my Ford Lehman 2412E (1100 pounds) from the boat, while the boat was still at dock in the marina. I searched long and hard for information on how to do this, but only found references to small engines or boatyard+crane. I don't have a small, lightweight engine, and there were confounding issues to in situ disassembly and/or boatyard+crane.

So I built a three-legged jib gantry to remove the engine at dock, and then transfer to the dock. This is the meat of my solution to the problem: https://www.svcascadia.com/2020/06/r...-still-in.html
