Recommissioning a Cummins 4BT

I am reinstalling a Cummins 4BT in a recently acquired project boat.
The motor has been out of the boat and stored under cover for four years.

Can you give me a brief 101 on what steps are important.
I assume, coolant change, oil change, manual turnover, flexible water impeller replacement.

Any other measures for the engine, not including the drive train
Thanks

Re: Recommissioning a Cummins 4BT

If possible reprime the oil system to insure FRESH oil to all bearings...... with no load on them.
Thermostat replacement would be a good idea also.
