Raw Water Cooling Conversion

I've just found a used heat exchanger for sale in my area and would like some advice before buying it.
The heat exchanger is from a 250 CID Mercruiser and my engine is a Volvo MD17C (about 105 CID). I'm thinking that the size difference is okay at least in this case as my engine capacity is less that the merc's. Or am I missing something?
Also, he's asking $200 is that a good deal? It doesn't appear to include the expansion tank.

Thanks

In most cases....the dollars you think you save.....is an illusion.

Price out a new exchanger from Sen-dure or others................

First rule.....never alter an original installation.

Second rule.....see rule One
