Problems with Johnson (probably simple ones) - video

Hi,


So I have a 1974 Johnson HP6 outboard. I had it running fine, but turned it off by backing off the throttle, rather than pulling out the choke and now its stuck. I try to pull the starter cord and the flywheel won't move. There are some links to video below.


I really don't know much about this. Hopefully something that a bit of grease will fix.
