Polyester FG fuel tank coatings

I have recently replaced two13 HP diesel engines and sail drives with one 15 HP Honda 4 stroke. I am happy with the change, but now I have two 20 gallon polyester FG diesel tanks that can no longer functional as fuel tanks thanks to ethanol in the gas.

I can get the tanks out and have been looking at various outfits that sell coating systems that claim to be ethanol resistant. I am wondering if the reality lives up to the hype. I really do not want new tank$

Does any one have any experience with these coatings?
