Perkins 4-108 Oil Pressure Sender

Where can you purchase a sender for the Perkins?
Is it an 80 PSI or 100PSI sender on the newer 50hp units (1988 vintage)?
I replaced the original sender with a Faria sender from West Marine. This sender went bad in less than 100 hrs. I obviously need somin beefier for the diesel.

What brand gauge do you have?

Put a mechanical gauge in......forget aboot the eletctrical senders

The present gauge is a teleflex. I have a mechinical that i screw into the block for a double ck.

Sierra Marine makes both 80 and 100psi versions. The replacement looks like the original except that there is no rubber sheath.
