Perkins 4-108 injection pump removal

I finally got the bolts off my pump, scribed an alignment mark and its rotating likes it wants to come free. I thought the oil pressure sending unit was blocking the way out, but not so. Is there a retaining clip on the splined shaft behind the seawater impeller I need to remove

There are 3 repeat 3 bolts that hold the injector pump. All lines off. should slide out once the sealant is free. May have to tap gently to release......Look at 4:00 oclock for a hidden bolt.... Guess how I know.....LOL

Hey John, we are almost neighbors, I am just down the ICW on Merritt Island. Glad all worked out for you. You can search for 4-108 engine manuals on line or buy a used one on ebay or ??. Good to have on hand for disassembly. Happy sailing as you will be without a motor for a day or so....
