Perkins 4-107/108

Quick question. There are 2 each bolts at each exhaust port securing the manifold to the block. What tool can reach the nuts? The area for each nut is very small; I prefer not to make way. Might it be a crowfoot tool and would it be metric?

I'm at a loss here.

It's not metric-that's an english built engine. Crow ft might work. It seems to me that I had to pull the starter in order to have hoom to remove the manifold. How about a socket with a flexible joint to swing it 30-40'. Bob

1/2" socket 3/8" drive on a 8" wobel extension and ratchet is what i used to put mine together 2 days ago.
