Norfolk area welder, anyone know someone?

So in a previous post I asked for some advise regarding my cracked exhaust bellows on my Westerbeke 4-107. Got some advise regarding using stainless steel flexible exhaust. Seems feasible since that's pretty much what the bellows do anyway (be flexible yet strong). Can anyone recommend someone who can weld that in place...someone who is going to do good work but not break the bank (key phrase...not break the bank). As the title says I'm in Norfolk. Thanks all...
