New Ethanol Fuel Treatment

Anyone have any experience with this new Briggs and Stratton ethanol gas treatment? I've tried several other brands of ethanol snake oil and didn't see much difference. These guys say that this will extend fuel life to 3 years. I'd like to believe

I believe the "perfect storm" for ethanol problems are newer small 4 cycle outboards used as dinghies for sailboats. They aren't run enough to keep the gas fresh AND the latest emission standards have made the new engine carburetor jets incredibly small and clog sensitive. Even running the engines out of gas after use only seems to work in older outboards.
