Machine Shop Recommendation in Jacksonville FL

I'm looking for a machine shop in Jacksonville, FL to repair an intercooler:

1. do a weld/braze repair on a bronze heat exchanger end cap, and
2. use a metal lathe to smooth down the aluminum face of the intercooler the end cap bolts to.

My main problem is finding someone who CAN do the work and WANTS to do the work. Most shops are capable but not interested in this kind of small item.

If you know a mail order place that would be fine too.

I am sure that there will be diy engineers on the forum that could undertake this job,I could I have small home workshop, but I live in the UK so I suppose that's no use.Hope u find someone. All the best. Ronnie.

My neighbor here in Brunswick is having that exact thing done, by the local machine shop.
It’s not back yet, so I don’t know costs or how it went, but I do remember him saying the intercooler was a $1200 part that Yanmar would not sell the cap separate

I don't know if you have a car or what but the machine shop at the entrance to Green Cove Springs Marina lives on small jobs.
