Re: Lombardini FOCS engines decent product? Just bought a 3 cyl LDW903

I was not able to get a straight answer from Lombardini on interference or free running cam. I even sent a picture comparing the difference in case language barrier was an issue. I believe their tech support doesn't know the answer unfortunately. Definitely limited info on these. An answer for Yanmar or Kubota would be easy. It seems to be a good engine. Too bad they are not more common.

I have a lombardini engine driving my diving compressor. Air cooled and has operated flawless for the past 20 years. Any of the trucks that have fridges use lombardini engines driving the fridges and one of my friends told me that they operated for years without issues
